Lee Sobocinski

Lee joined Thermal Care in 2014 as Director of Sales and was promoted to President in April 2016.  He has spent the majority of his career in the industrial heat transfer market in various sales management positions with Sterling and AEC.  He also spent seven years in sales management with DeCrane Aerospace Aircraft Seating and was in the Wisconsin National Guard as a reservist for nine years.

Lee holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.  He is active in various trade organizations within the plastics industry and other markets served by Thermal Care.
