Jason Ganim

Jason joined IPEG as President of Conair in November 2021.  His background includes thirty years of success in sales, management, and executive leadership.

Prior to joining IPEG, he was a senior executive for Transtar Industries, a leading distributor of automotive aftermarket parts and solutions, and held several high-level positions there during his 13 year tenure with the company. Before joining Transtar Industries, he was Vice President Business Development for East West Manufacturing, a contract manufacturing company, and earlier in his career spent 6 years as Director of Aftermarket Business for a large distributor of automotive and industrial replacement parts, that is a division of a Fortune 200 company.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Georgia, with a concentration in Finance.  Jason has participated in and led various sales training, negotiations, and leadership programs and certifications.
