Brian Dowler, Vice President of Service, North America, joined Piovan Group in 2014 as Director of Product Management, under the Conair Brand.  In his 10 years at Conair, he filled roles with responsibility for Project Management before being promoted to Vice President of Customer Care (Service, Parts Sales, and Installation.)  Dowler has over 35 years of experience in the plastics industry, having worked initially in customer service and R&D management roles at Borg Warner, Bayer, and Eastman Chemical.  He then transitioned to the machinery side, first at Graham Engineering (Engineering management and international sales) and then Conair.  He holds an MSME from West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV.
